– For a booking request please send an email through the form bellow or fax.
– A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking, and must be received via a bank transfer before a confirmation can be given. Credit card number, with credit holder’s name, expiry date and CVV number are required.
– Once your deposit payment has been successfully processed you will receive an apartment rental confirmation by either email or fax.
– The final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be paid off in cash upon your arrival in the apartment.
– If you book within 2 week or less prior to arrival day, this will be classed as a late booking, and full payment of booking must be received.

– Massage and beauty treatments
Every second day maid service and bed linen-towel change.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT:
Check in is at 14.00 PM on the day of arrival and check out is at 12.00 PM on day of departure.
(Early arrival or late check out will be considered depending on availability.)
Normally pets will not be allowed. If you want to brink one with you please check with us first to have authorization.
In order to cancel your booking, we require a written notification to be sent to us via email or fax.
If a cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival: the 30% deposit will be refunded.
If a cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival: the 30% deposit is reserved by us.(this is also applicable to all “no shows”)
In case of premature departure: 100% of the accommodation cost will be reserved.
